About the College
Arts, Commerce and Science College, Palus, was established in 1992 under the management of Palus Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Palus, with the objective of making quality higher education accessible to students from rural and surrounding areas. Affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur, the college is committed to academic excellence, inclusive education and the holistic development of students.
Guided by the motto “Tamaso Ma Jyotirgamaya” — “Lead Me from Darkness to Light,” the institution strives to promote knowledge, character, confidence and social responsibility among its students.
The college seeks to create educational opportunities for students from diverse social and economic backgrounds, with particular emphasis on rural youth and access to higher education for women.
