  1. Reproductive Physiology
  2. Gerontology
  3. Biodiversity

Carried out the age structure or aging (using phalangeal skeletochronology) in five sympatric species of anurans inhabiting the tropical climate of southern India like, aquatic (Rana cynophlyctis), semi-aquatic (Rana tigrina), fossoral (Microhyla ornata), arboreal (Polypedatus maculatus), and terrestrial (Bufo melanostictus).  Presently engaged in study of age, longevity, age at sexual maturity and conservation of herpetological species, inhabiting Western Ghats of Maharashtra Region.
