Department of Banking was established in the year 1994 Arts, Commerce and Science, College Palus. The main objective behind this is to create awareness among the students of Palus taluka about banking sector and employment opportunities in it.

A visit to the bank is conducted by the banking department to understand the internal working of the bank.

Wall Paper on important topics like cybercrime, block chain and cryptography have been prepared through the banking department; So that students can get knowledge about online banking.

Through a one-day workshop, students are given detailed information about the internal and external workings of the bank.

Information about new bank books has been given through book exhibition.

Also, a MoU has been signed between Shivaji University Economic Association and Department of Banking (Arts Commerce and Science Plus) for Exchange of New Concepts in Banking Sector (SUEAK).
